Have you ever seen such a pretty eye palette? I was recently sent this eye palette and didn't want to take it out of the beautiful packaging or even use it and destroy the lovely pattern but alas, the urge to try it out was too much.

The palette, which is part of the new summer 2013 collection, contains four gorgeous eyeshadow shades in copper, pale gold, brown and a shimmering beige/cream. There's also a black/plum eyeliner and two brushes, which are extremely easy to use. All of the shadows are gorgeously shimmery and soft and really stay put for a good amount of time. They're really easy to blend together and I even found the eyeliner surprisingly nice to apply. I usually find it so difficult to apply any kind of eyeliner to the top lid but the slanted brush made it ten times easier.

All in all I really love this palette, I think it's a definite new favourite of mine. The colours are very me and I adore the finished look of all of the eyeshadows as well as the liner. Most of all I adore the packaging and the gorgeous patterning, it's so worth the price tag in my opinion!
