I didn't have anything special planned for my days off, I just needed to catch up with things I can't do because I work 9 til 5. I managed to get a bit of Christmas shopping done and Vince and I put up our Christmas tree!
We got most of our decorations from Poundland and Sainsburys, but I personally think it looks really good! I've even got chocolate decorations and candy canes on it too, something I haven't been able to have on a tree for years at mum and dads due to having dogs!
On Wednesday evening Vince and I went out for a curry with our friends. We went to a new restaurant that has recently opened and it was delicious! It was really nicely presented and we even got a complimentary dish as well, yum! I was well and truly stuffed afterwards!
As I mentioned, I'm back to work tomorrow, but not before doing some housework and watching Elf on TV, YES!!
