I'm a sucker for a floral perfume. Seriously, you should see my 'perfume' shelf in my bathroom. I'm a little ashamed actually but when the offer of adding another perfume to the collection arises, I can't turn it down, especially when it's a perfume I've wanted to try for absolutely ages!
The lovely folks at House of Fraser sent me a bottle of the popular Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Eau De Parfum, which I have been picking up pretty much every day since receiving it.
This is a perfume that's been around for years so I'm surprised I didn't already have it. Upon first spritz I was expecting it to be pretty girly and sweet but its top notes of tea and bergamot, middle notes of sambac jasmine, orchid, freesia and rose and base note of patchouli give it a richer, more opulent floral feel, with a hint of fizziness. It's a nice change to the rest of my collection.
The diamond-esque bottle means it makes a pretty display piece on your shelf or dressing table and with Christmas coming up this would make the ideal present for a friend or family member...or even yourself!
Have you tried the Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb Eau De Parfum? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

I love the packaging of this! So pretty! I've never actually tried Flowerbomb but I've brought Spicebomb for my boyfriend in the past and that's been a favourite of mine so maybe it's time to sniff the feminine counterpart!
