I think we can all be a bit kinder to our hair. My hair has always been super fine/thin and I was previously washing and blow drying it every single day, which I know is a big no-no! All that heat definitely can't be good for it, so now I wash it every other morning and try to have the hair dryer on a lower temperature setting. I featured the ghd arctic gold hairdryer recently, which has certainly been helping with the hair TLC.
I'm definitely seeing an improvement and now I've been lucky enough to include the ghd Advanced Split End Therapy* into my routine to give my barnet even more love and care. This lovely gold packaged tube of goodness has been helping my hair over the past couple of weeks, leaving it smelling lovely and looking in a much better condition.
The product itself is a lightweight clear cream, which you simply work into wet hair and carry on with your normal styling routine. It utilises an innovative Thermo-Marine Bonding System™ and the blend of nutrient-rich ingredients mean its binds broken hair fibres together and strengthens at the same time.
The cream leaves the hair smelling like you've just been for a luxurious salon hair cut and leaves your locks feeling super smooth and sleek and not greasy/sticky at all, which is how I've found other split end therapy products to leave it. After only a couple of uses I'm already seeing an improvment in my split ends - there is definitely less breakage in my hair and I can definitely see less split ends so the combination of the split end therapy with a heat protection spray and lower heat setting on my hairdryer seems to be a winning one.
Have you tried the ghd Advanced Split End Therapy? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
