I wasn't actually in London for the whole week but I was looking forward to it pretty much the whole time. I had the day off on Friday to travel there with Vince and our friends to see Coldplay on the Friday evening.

I bought Vince the tickets for Christmas so we've been waiting a long time! It was a brilliant gig and although I could barely see the band themselves it was a great, epic atmosphere!

Obviously we did a bit of shopping on the Saturday and I finally got to discover Monki on Carnaby Street which was great! I was surprised by the prices as I thought they were quite cheap actually! I'll definitely have a post up soon featuring what I bought.

Now I'm back home and looking forward to a nice long weekend, how is everyone celebrating the Jubilee?

Store Twenty One: Fleck Tshirt
H&M: Navy Skirt

Are We The Waiting
Topshop: Square Etched Ring - £7

Are We The Waiting
eBay: OPI Spiderman Minis - £13

This is a really simple and comfortable outfit, perfect for the hot weather we had at the weekend.

I bought the top from Store Twenty One on Saturday and it's not often I actually find something in there worth wearing. It is a kind of cream/brown shade with the same fleck pattern as the Topshop Neppy Tee which I actually bought and returned because I preferred this one better! I love the twisted neckline as well!

The skirt is an old one from H&M that I pulled out of the back of the wardrobe and haven't worn in about a year! It's featured on the blog in the past and I love wearing it with a tucked in top like this.

The ring is one I bought recently online and absolutely love. I don't often wear rings and I have a load of them just lying around but I love how chunky this one is.

You may recognise my nails from an earlier post this week, they're the Spiderman OPI collection, I think they all go great together!

Boots: No7 Summer of Dreams Eye Crayons - £13
L to R: Metallic Bronze, Hazy Green, Cornflower Blue, Metallic Grey
Last week I took my weekly trip to Boots and thankfully the No7 vouchers were out again! I picked up this set of eye crayons from No7 which were originally £13, but using the vouchers, I got them for £8 which is a bit of a bargain!

For a set of 'Summer' eye crayons they aren't exactly the summer colours you'd imagine. When I first saw the box I thought they'd be pinks/golds and more vibrant Summer shades, but this set is actually quite dark, more Autumn like if anything, but they're totally my colours so I'm not complaining too much!

I'm really impressed by the crayon's staying power and pigmentation and they all blend together nicely. I love to mix the Green and Bronze for a nice, brighter finish.

I think £13 is a bit expensive but most No7 products are that little bit more costly. I think £8 is definitely more reasonable, thank God for No7 vouchers!
