| Rimmel Lasting Finish Nail Polish in Disco Ball - £2.99 |
Last week I picked up this cute new nail polish from Rimmel. Weirdly I actually picked it up in Primark!
I'm not even sure how much I paid as I just picked it up and chucked it in my basket which is really bad of me! It's selling in Boots for £2.99 which is definitely reasonable!
Like other glitter polishes this needs a few applications depending on the type of finish you want. It includes large and small pieces of glitter which I love and they're all purple and blue shades along with the traditional silver.
I think two layers gives the perfect finish and it looks great on top of the Turquoise polish I've used! It dries pretty quickly too which is an added bonus! I think it'd look extra special on its own using lots of built up layers!

Ooh, it looks lovely on top of the colour your wearing. I've a Miss Sporty polish almost identical to Disco Ball, I may have to try it over mint green as I think it would look lovely. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteI love this one! I've been using it quite a bit since I brought it a while back. Will def repurchase when it runs out! It looks fab on the colour on your nails :) I love it on top of purple and pink too.
ReplyDeleteI have disco ball too :) It looks lovely on top of the turquoise shade! I've tried building it up on its own with lots of layers, but it took so many layers it got too thick and messy and I had to take it off!

Miss Sporty do a REALLY good dupe of this for £1.99 keep an eye out, never thought of layering it over a minty green before! looks good! only problem I have is that this peels of my nails! xx

ReplyDeleteI always consider buying this whenever I see it in Boots, but always end up getting something else..I think I'll have to actually buy it next time though after seeing how nice it looks in your photos! What is the polish you have on underneath it too? it's stunning! x
